These prices include the use of the property as a holiday rental, welcome pack, utilities (water, gas and electricity), use of the telephone (but not the cost of telephone calls) and provision of linen and towels (but not beach towels). There is an additional charge of €10/£8.50 per head per week for cleaning and €10/£8.50 per head per week for laundry.

Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday. By arrangement it may sometimes be possible to start and end your rental on a day other than Saturday, provided you stay at least 7 nights.

They may differ from those that you may have previously seen on this or other web sites, or seen in advertisements in villa magazines or other publications, or may have been offered or accepted at the time you enquired or made your booking.
