How To Book

First check availability, then:

2. We will get back to you within 12 hours with availability and a firm quote.

3. To secure a reservation we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total value of the booking* payable by Visa, MasterCard or American Express (there is no credit card surcharge on deposits). Your booking will then be confirmed.

4. The balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your rental together with a security deposit of £250 (€375). Payment of the balance by credit card carries a 3.5% facility charge which can be avoided by transferring the sum direct to our Pounds Sterling or Euros bank account, sending us a cheque in Pounds Sterling or Euros, or using a Visa or MasterCard debit card. If you book within 4 weeks of arrival the whole amount is payable when you make your booking.

5. We will need details of your flight times and transport arrangements to ensure our representative is at the villa to greet you when you arrive.

6. The security deposit, less any charges, is refunded to your credit or debit card no more than 2 weeks after your departure.

* Cancellations. More than 4 weeks prior to arrival: loss of booking deposit. Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival and non arrivals 100% of the rental cost. This may be reduced if we are able to re-let the villa.
You are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to recover these costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
